So yesterday the New Art Academy game was launched in Europe along with the 3DSxl console! Release dates for America and Asia are being announced soon.

It’s a programme containing lessons to teach you how to paint and draw with realistic simulations of paint, pastels, pencils and colour pencils including a free paint section.

This was the first boxed gamed I’ve worked on, which I have done for over the last year at Headstrong Games writing lessons and producing a lot of the illustrations (mine are all the sketchbook/brown paper drawings showing theory etc).

I’ve not yet seen it in the shops but there have been adverts for it on tv which is really exciting! It’s available in shops and online to purchase now :)

If you’re an aspiring artist I’d definately recommend it- I worked on it and even I learned some new tips ;)
